Julie will meet with you by phone for an initial assessment and to set a lifestyle goal.


You start twittering your cups and then 2-3 days later we schedule weekly phone conversations lasting 15-30 min. These weekly meetings help you to trouble shoot challenges that may arise, examine your results, and offer you skills to practice during the week to help you achieve and maintain your weight loss goals.
For the first four weeks, we will cover one topic at a time: 1) Food Portion 2) Exercise 3) Food Choice 4) Developing Your Community
The fifth week features we reassess, how far you have come, where you achieved milestones or acclimated to the plan. We revisit your Lifestyle Goal to celebrate your successes, and establish new goals (as you wish.)
Fill Your Cup is a little like peeling an onion, you continue with the same process and get deeper and deeper - shed some size and maybe even a few tears. As you feel your habits change and notice your success, for some people there may be a moment of backsliding. I’ll help you accept the success you have found and we can discuss where your goals can take you in the future. Back on track, your confidence will grow as you feel success with each meal - cup by cup.
Over time, your confidence will increase, cup by cup and you can begin to direct the focus of your weekly consultations. Any follow up or phone meetings are $39 after 5 - week initiation program.
