Hi, I am Julie Poplawski. I have been teaching group fitness classes since 1991. For the past few years, I have enjoyed facilitating a deep mind/body connection within my clients during Pilates and cycling classes. As a result of my clients' needs, my focus has evolved to diet in order to change my clients' body shapes and get to the core of their challenges.
